Here's how our sessions work

1. BEFORE YOUR SESSION: Upon contacting me to sign up for a program, I will respond to you via email with a new client intake packet for you to fill out as soon as possible or at least 48 hours before our foundational wellness session so that I can be well-informed of your lifestyle and goals. 

2. FOUNDATIONAL WELLNESS SESSION: During our 60-minute foundational wellness session, we’ll get to know each other, review your intake packet, discuss your health and fitness goals, and start outlining your personalized plan. At the end of the session, we’ll get started right away with implementing health changes. I’ll follow up with you, providing you with your framework plan, resources, tools, and education to reach your goals.

3. FOLLOWING SESSIONS: In the subsequent coaching + training sessions, we will engage in our exercise program and cover relevant topics, check in on progress and improvements, explore any questions and difficulties, as well as learn about any particular topics that you may be interested in.

4. HOW TO GET THE MOST OF YOUR SESSIONS: Remember that creating lasting behavioral change is a process that takes time. It’s gradual, it's a journey, it's about small changes adding up to something bigger. This is how a sustainable lifestyle is created and improvements, results are seen. Generally, more frequent sessions support a more intensive change process (I recommend bi-weekly sessions). Keep in mind that our work together is most helpful when you put your best effort into implementing our plan for your goal and for you to come to each session with reflections, successes, challenges, and questions.
